Raise awareness, educate on techniques STI / HIV / AIDS, and contribute to the promotion of solidarity and social development and health of members of the population
To ensure the ful and complete welfare Religious communities of Vulnerable population of rural and periurban areas thanks to the organization, the planification and the participative management of communal development programs through the strategic axes below:
OBJECTIVES
rights related to sexuality, reproduction, violence against women
-Sensitization and tanking in charge children living with HIV-AIDS at palliative Care Projects
-Creation of an education and training center on elementary knowledge regarding New Technologies of Information (NTIC) for the insurance and social insertion of orphan and poor condition children.
-To promote a basic social and economic development by bringing a closely related professional and long term support to the emergence of micro projects and local small companies generating or yielding income.

INTERVENTION STRATEGY
The NGO carries out its activity by means of a participative approach since the stage of : diagnosis, identification and analysis of problems/needs, the definition of objectives and strategical orientation or direction , the planning of community development project and programs and a sustained valuation.
TARGET GROUP
The target group is constituted of periurban an rural population living in precarious or delicate condition. ACLID is interested in vulnerable social categories and production units especially as far as poverty is concerned:
-Orphans and poor condition children
- Jobless youths and the school leavers
-Poor condition women and men
-Religious communities
The NGO privileges actions regarding genre with a strong rate of representatives women and the emergence of women leaders towards the awareness of decisions taking .

ORGANIC STRUCTURES
For the respect of its principles or the attainment of its purposes objectives, ACLID/LADID is endowed with an organic structure as follows:
-The General Assembly: the Supreme decision organ of the NGO
-The board of administration: definition and development policy orientation organ.
PROSPECTS
-To realize or carry out a survey/study on the causes , the manifestations , and the consequences of the stigmatization and discrimination related to HIV/AIDS in order to elaborate/schedule specific intervention program in several rural municipalities of our country .
-To develop a global picking up program to take community children and orphans in charge; rather every poor condition children taking into account the support of their nutrition , their social and psychological health , their education, the economic reinforcing of their families or other communities and their social insertion.
-To create technical and professional training center (needle work /fashion house; computer science) accessible to /affordable by youths especially young girls of single marital status who are already mothers.
